We had the good fortune of connecting with Michela Longo and we’ve shared our conversation below.

Is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success?
Having the right attitude. Letting fear go and making decisions with love. Trying not to have too many expectations, I accept the task at hand and have gratitude for the outcome no matter what the outcome, because it’s all one big learning experience in how you play the business game.

What should our readers know about your business?
I think we all have plans. We all have ideas of what we want to do, but I can’t tell you how many times that has changed in my 42 years. I set out with a goal in mind and it can manifest into something I never saw coming. I think the journey is getting to know and accepting yourself good bad and ugly. Always willing to accept mistakes and grow from them. You are always a work in progress, creating a better version everyday. Currently Sean Allen and I have a business, ProVinyl Solutions. It is a vinyl shop where we wrap commercial and personal vehicles with printed or color change vinyl. We also design, print, and install murals and signage. Recently we have opened up a new component called ProMotional Unlimited, where our clients can get any promotional items needed for their business all in one place. What sets us apart from other businesses is the personalities we have working with us. We all care about the clients, we make them friends and treat everyone by the golden rule. I had to work hard for absolutely everything I have from the start. I feel I have a different view or appreciation than most. I count up what I’m thankful for everyday and consciously do my best for everyone. I love the heart and drive that others around me have, this is what also inspires me, keeps me going. We dig deep into our clients to personally style their business with their vehicles and items that represent them and their business. Always something different and exciting going on at ProVinyl Solutions.

Any places to eat or things to do that you can share with our readers? If they have a friend visiting town, what are some spots they could take them to?
I am a fan of Tempe AZ. Tempe is where I grew up and its a laid back city. I love to go to Casey Moores for some food and drinks. Art of Merlot in old town Scottsdale for some wine and painting. Sean and I love to paint together. Maybe a roadtrip to Sedona. Sedona has a vibe all of its own, it’s a peaceful and spiritual place. We tend to be pretty introverted on our down time since socializing and entertaining is a part of our job during the week at ProVinyl Solutions.

Shoutout is all about shouting out others who you feel deserve additional recognition and exposure. Who would you like to shoutout?
I would like to thank my dad first and foremost for the drive and ambition. He would always push me to think about what I would like to do. He also would never accept road blocks, if you could think it you could do it attitude. He is successful in everything he does. My children Adrik and Layla always the inspiration for my hustle and made me a better person. Sean Allen who is my partner in all of this. He is the positive to my negative and always supportive in anything I want to do.
