Your vehicles are already on the road every day — fleet wraps turn them into your hardest-working advertising. ProVinyl Solutions designs, prints, and installs commercial fleet wraps for Phoenix-metro businesses, from a single service van to a full fleet of trucks, vans, and trailers.

Based in Tempe since 2014, our professional installers and in-house design team deliver consistent, head-turning branding across every vehicle you own — built to survive Arizona’s heat and UV.

Why Fleet Wraps Are the Best Advertising Value in Phoenix

Nielsen research for the Out of Home Advertising Association of America (OAAA) found that about 64% of U.S. residents 16 and older recalled noticing a wrapped vehicle in the previous month — and as it drives and parks around the Valley, a wrap delivers the lowest cost per thousand impressions of any major advertising channel, typically well under a dollar. Unlike a billboard you rent month after month, a fleet wrap is a one-time investment that keeps marketing your business for years, everywhere your vehicles go.

Multiply that across your whole fleet and your trucks and vans become a roving advertising network that blankets Phoenix, Tempe, Scottsdale, and the entire East Valley — working for you around the clock, even when they’re parked at a job site.

Consistent Branding Across Your Entire Fleet

The power of a fleet wrap is repetition. When every vehicle carries the same colors, logo, and message, your brand looks bigger, more established, and more trustworthy to the customers who see it again and again. Our in-house design team builds one cohesive design system and applies it consistently — whether you wrap two vans today and three more next quarter.

Vehicles We Wrap

From compact service cars to full-size trailers, we wrap them all: cargo and sprinter vans, box trucks, pickup trucks, service vehicles, and trailers. Full wraps, partial wraps, and cut-vinyl lettering — whatever fits your fleet and your budget.

Full & Partial Fleet Wraps

Not every vehicle needs full coverage. Full wraps deliver maximum visual impact and a complete color change; partial wraps and vinyl graphics put your logo, contact info, and key message on doors, panels, and the rear at a fraction of the cost. We’ll help you choose the right mix to stretch your marketing budget across more vehicles.

Built to Survive Arizona Heat

Phoenix sun is brutal on vinyl. We use premium cast vinyl films and UV-resistant laminates engineered to resist fading, bronzing, and lifting in extreme desert heat — so your fleet stays sharp for years with proper care — even in a region film manufacturers rate as their harshest UV zone. Cheap calendered vinyl fails fast in Arizona; our materials and professional installation are built for the climate.

Our Fleet Wrap Process

We make wrapping a fleet simple and low-disruption:

1. Consultation & measurement — we learn your brand, vehicles, and goals.
2. Design & proof — our designers create your layout and send a proof for approval.
3. Print & production — high-resolution printing on premium cast vinyl.
4. Professional installation — professional installers in our Tempe facility.
5. Scheduling that fits your operation — for larger fleets ask us about phased scheduling that keeps your operation moving.

Fleet Wraps in Phoenix: Frequently Asked Questions

What drives the cost of wrapping a delivery fleet?

Five things set the price. The vehicles: how many, and what kinds, since a cargo van and a box truck take very different amounts of film and labor. Coverage: lettering, a partial wrap or a full wrap on each one. Materials: the film type and the overlaminate that protects the print. Design: creating the artwork, or adapting yours, then fitting it to each model. Installation logistics: scheduling around vehicles that need to stay on the road. That’s why every fleet gets its own free quote, built from your vehicle list. Our fleet wrap cost guide goes deeper.

Matte or gloss: which finish is right for a commercial fleet?

On printed fleet graphics the finish usually comes from the overlaminate (cut lettering and color-change films carry their own finish), and each maker publishes its own terms for each overlaminate, so ask for the terms on the exact laminate quoted and choose on upkeep and look. 3M says its ultra-matte overlaminate reduces glare, which can help a logo read, but Avery warns that cleaners, wax and polish can shift a matte finish’s color and gloss: its care bulletin calls for mild detergents with a pH of 5 to 9 that are free of abrasives, strong solvents and alcohols, followed by a clean-water rinse, and its SW900 sheet says products with petroleum distillates or solvents void the warranty, so test any cleaner on a hidden spot first. Gloss gives what 3M calls a “wet paint look” but can show scratches if scrubbed. 3M notes a new panel may not match older, slightly faded film. Our post on matte vs glossy vehicle wraps goes deeper.

How long do fleet wraps last in the Phoenix sun?

It depends on the film and the panel. 3M and Avery Dennison both put Arizona in Zone 3, with reduced terms: 3M’s 2080 warranty card lists 6 years vertical and 1 year horizontal; Avery’s SW900 data sheet lists 4.8 years vertical and 4 months horizontal for standard colors. Those two are the makers’ color-change cast films; printed fleet graphics carry separate, system-specific terms set by the printable film, ink, printer and overlaminate, so ask for the terms on the exact system quoted. These are warranty terms, not a prediction of how long a wrap will look new. Cast film suits curves and long outdoor use; calendered film, flat surfaces and medium-term use.

How do you keep branding consistent across different vehicles?

It starts with one master design. Our in-house designers lay it out for each vehicle model you run, from that model’s measurements, so a van and a box truck carry the same logo, colors and message, sized to their own panels. You approve a proof before anything prints. Because design, printing and installation all happen in-house at our Tempe shop, one team handles every vehicle, from your first van to the ones you add next year.

What should a fleet manager send to get a quote?

Send your vehicle list, with year, make, model and body style for each; the coverage you want, from lettering to a full wrap; your logo and brand files, vector if you have them; a few photos of each vehicle, showing any dents, rust or repainted panels, since film makers list damaged and non-OEM paint as unsuitable surfaces; and your timing, including how many vehicles can be off the road at once. No finished artwork? Our designers can build it from your logo.

Can leased fleet vehicles be wrapped and returned?

It can be done, if your lease allows graphics. The makers publish removal terms, not promises: Avery Dennison’s MPI 1105 data sheet defines clean removability as less than 20% adhesive residue with heat and chemical methods, within the graphic’s warranted life, and excludes horizontally exposed surfaces, non-OEM paint and paint over five years old; 3M describes its IJ180 printed film as removable with heat from most substrates within the warranty period, and its 2080 film as removable with heat and/or chemicals from most surfaces within its warranty period, and it doesn’t warrant against paint damage during removal. Both makers’ terms are shorter in Arizona’s Zone 3 for the specific film quoted, so plan removal inside the warranted life of your exact film, well ahead of turn-in.
